The HAN series

Although my hobbies changed as I grew older, I never stopped being drawn to Korea and its culture. Korea is different, and therefore appealing to me.

The HAN series includes different lamps, each telling their own story. When you look closely, you will learn more about Korea and the designer; Shannon van Veen. After thorough research and insightful interviews with native Koreans, Shannon tried to understand and incorporate the most important and beautiful aspects of the Korean culture into her designs. Language, architecture, traditional clothing, K-pop and Korean originated materials are all merged into the HAN series. Every lamp gives you a feeling of elegance, balance, perfection, harmony, Korea and Shannon. Together as one. With this series, Shannon van Veen tries to touch, teach and inspire you with her design. She wants you to see what she can do and who she is.
