Don’t Look Away

Young people express themselves in every way possible. We communicate our identity and feelings through clothing, social media or any other creative outlet. I want to start an open conversation through this way of self expression. DON’T LOOK AWAY is an art project with a t-shirt collection at its core.

The shirts have a clear slogan on the front, ‘‘don’t look away’’. The back is a little bit more complex. I designed and played around with various topics young people are confronted with on a daily basis. The purpose is to become aware of the things that are important to you and others.
